We are Searching for a Director of Finance with Construction Experience!
The Director of Finance is responsible for reporting, financial planning and analysis and management of daily financial and accounting operations. The Director of Finance manages the accounting and finance department. Construction related experience is a must for this position.

| Responsibilities: |

The Requirements of the Director of Finance Reporting are as Follows:
Bachelor's Degree or Higher.
Must have a CPA.
Must have hands on experience with Timberline.
Must have experience working for a Real Estate Developer.
Experience from one of the "Big 4" preferred.
Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The Responsibilities of the Director of Finance Reporting are as Follows:
Must have a CPA.
Must have hands on experience with Timberline.
Prepare and review packages for auditors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies as well as company policies.
Work with Financial Statements and prepare trial balance, including foot notes, etc.
Use MS Excel - High level including hyper link.
Must be a hard working team player that works well under pressure.
This position reports directly to the CFO.
