We are Searching for an Experienced Quality Control Manager!
The Quality Control Manager must have extensive quality inspection experience within the small manufacturing environment. The Quality Control Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, quality assurance and problem resolution.

| Responsibilities: |
|
|
The Requirements of the Quality Control Manager are as Follows:
Associate Degree or higher.
At least 5 years experience or substantial experience in field.
Hands on Experience and Knowledge in QC environment.
Knowledgeable and be able to write, implement and maintain Quality and Manufacturing procedures in accordance to ISO 9001-2004 and AS9100 standards.
Small business exposure (Preferred).
Past contact with a machine shop and assembly personal (Milling, Lathe, CNC machines).
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Control Manager are as Follows:
Machined parts or mechanical background.
Ability to interpret geometric tolerances with blueprints as well as MIL Specs Knowledge of limits.
Working knowledge of SPC.
Well Organized/Goal Oriented.
Very good communication skills/Written & Verbal.
Aggressive leadership personality.
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and able to act on them.
