We are Searching for a Director of Physician Recruitment
Director of Physician Recruitment develops and implements strategies for recruiting targeted physicians as well as establishing recruitment policies, procedures and processes. Plans and implements site visits for physicians candidates including transportation, accommodations and development of complete itinerary and negotiates physician contracts. Must be able to communicate well with all members of the medical staff and develop department budget. Implements the physician orientation and integration of successful candidates into both the community and organization. Arranges time with community resources to research housing, education and/or any other relocation needs. Serves a resource for physician and their families for information requests.

The Requirements of the Director of Physician Recruitment are as Follows:
Three years experience in the healthcare field or recruiting experience in the healthcare field and/or previous experience in marketing/sales.
Must be able to work extremely well in a professional environment with strong personalities.
Must have knowledge of the medical community and be familiar with marketing/sales/public relations techniques.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or health field.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing. Basic computer proficiency is required.
The Responsibilities of the Director of Physician Recruitment are as Follows:
Responsible for the overall coordination of all physician recruitment activities including generating leads, scheduling interviews, negotiating contacts, conducting orientation for new physicians, hosting receptions, physician support services.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer's status.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.
Mail out informational packets to prospective candidates.
Stuff mailers to candidates.
Print contracts, order office supplies.
