We are searching for an experienced Dump Division Manager / Dispatcher!
The Dump Division Manager / Dispatcher is responsible for organizing and scheduling deliveries to ensure that freight is delivered on time. The Dump Division Manager / Dispatcher will also perform marketing duties to establish new customer relationships as well as service existing accounts to increase the company's profitability.

The Requirements of the Dump Division Manager / Dispatcher are as Follows:
2 plus years managerial experience with some marketing back ground.
5 plus years experience as a driver dispatcher for a dump division within the transportation/construction industry.
College preferrred, but not required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication and organizational skills a must.
Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations relative to CDL drivers.
Ability to function with little to no supervision.
The Responsibilities of the Dump Division Manager / Dispatcher are as Follows:
Manage all aspects of dispatching trucks for the dump division.
Scheduling of daily freight pick-ups and deliveries.
Be aware of the maintenance cycles of each piece of equipment.
Manage all aspects of the dump truck division to include profitability, analysis, scheduling, vehicle maintenance (deal with workshop to make sure vehicles are being maintained and running properly).
Work with the Owner and Sales Agent in a constant effort to solicit new business as well as service existing accounts to increase the company's profitability.
Responsible for 50-60 subcontractors on a daily basis.
Provide detailed directions, load information and other related information.
Communicate with customers and co-workers via email, telephone, radio, etc.
Enter load and driver information into the company's logistics and planning system.
Provide a high level of customer service to new and existing customers.
