We are Searching for Experienced Junior and Senior Interior Designers with Luxury Commercial and Residential Experience!
We are searching for experienced Senior and Junior Interior Designers with proven commercial design excellence and preferably from a leading interior design company. Experience with casinos, 5-star hotels and high-rise luxury condominiums a must. The Senior and Junior Interior Designer must have Bachelor's degree or higher. 25% travel required.

Senior
The Requirements of the Senior Interior Designer are as Follows:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Masters degree preferred (Senior).
6 plus years working experience in architecture or interiors.
Excellent verbal and written skills, in particular a strong ability to communicate visually.
Advanced knowledge of 3D visualization including 3D Studio Max or Rhino, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Auto CAD required.
Requires extensive knowledge of all areas of interior design and the ability to work on projects of any size and/or complexity.
Must be able to multi-task and tackle several complex projects.
The Responsibilities of the Senior Interior Designer are as Follows:
Managing the interiors portion of commercial projects and coordination with other departments to include interior design, space planning, material selections, documentation for presentation and construction and furniture planning and procurement.
Coordinate, organize and lead design teams for large scale projects.
Develops project design criteria for various building and design types.
Develop documents for conformance with design concepts and construction administration activities.
Plan, schedule and direct the development of interior project requirements.
Deliver client presentations.
Perform project interior design, space planning and development tasks include drawings, calculations, cost estimates and specifications.
Serve as point of contact for clients and provide feedback and follow-up.
Review and understand drawings prepared by others.
