The Requirements of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) are as Follows:
Must have executive level management experience in finance.
5 plus years real estate and construction finance experience.
Must have a degree in Accounting.
CPA required.

Handle corporate accounting, financial reporting and tax preparation.
Create financial models, oversees accounting staff and financial procedures.
Raise private equity and construction financing.
