5 plus years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in construction science or engineering.
Must have experience using estimating software within the commercial construction industry.
Experience working on multi-million dollar projects.
The Responsibilities of the Commercial Construction Project Manager are as Follows:
Ability to complete commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Manage subcontractors and laborers.
Must have experience using estimating software within the commercial construction industry.
Consistently complete commercial construction projects at or below budget.
Forecast material, equipment and manpower needed to complete commercial construction projects.
Ensure that all commercial construction project are completed based on the high quality standards of the company.
Consistently monitor all commercial construction projects to ensure work is being conducted under the highest safety standards.
Attend and conduct job site meetings as needed.
