We are Searching for a Senior Engineer with Electrical and Mechanical Experience!
Our client specializes in the development, testing, qualification and manufacturing of various hydraulic, mechanical and electrical military systems and components for various platforms of armored fighting vehicles and for the aerospace industry, as well as in the development, testing, qualification and manufacturing of various mobile HVAC (air conditioning), APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) and NBC (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) systems for heavy off-road vehicles.
We are searching for a senior engineer with 5+ years experience in the service and maintenance of mobile air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be familiar with APU or NBC systems for heavy off-road vehicles and willing to work in a challenging, dynamic work environment that includes travel to all of the company's facilities as well as customer locations.

The Requirements of the Field Service Manager are as Follows:
5 plus years experience as a Senior Engineer in the service and maintenance of mobile air conditioning systems.
Experience with mobile A/C systems repair and maintenance.
Experience in industrial and/or automotive fields, A/C preferable.
Electrical wiring skills.
Computer software skills – Windows, Internet, Email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
General mechanical aptitude and skills.
Experience understanding blue prints (mechanical technical drawings).
Experience with hydraulic systems is a plus.
Mechanical / Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Personable and highly presentable.
Self motivated.
The Responsibilities of the Field Service Manager are as Follows:
Maintenance and service of A/C systems for armored trucks and vehicles at customer sites.
Integration of prototype systems.
Troubleshoot technical problems on A/C systems for armored trucks and vehicles.
Coordinate and supervise all field service operations performed by Field Service Representatives (FSR).
Provide “on-call” service to customers, for emergency support.
Provide customer training in the installation of, and use of A/C systems on armored trucks and vehicles.
Purchase equipment and parts for customer service and support, as needed.
Maintain ongoing communications with customers.
Technical POC for the Customer.
Approximately 50% regular travel to customer sites (overnight and multi-day stays).
