Low Cost Housing Property Manager in Miami, FL
We are Searching for an Experienced Low Cost Housing Property Manager!
The Property Manager is responsible for keeping all properties in a good marketing condition. Work with the day to day operation of maintenance and communicate with vendors to ensure the work completed. You will inspect all work that is performed by vendors and approve all invoices that are processed prior to payment. Help in the efforts of collections to the point of evictions . You will do property inspections with tenants when they move in and will inspect properties when the tenant moves out. Keep owners informed, educated and help guide them in maintaining a quality property. Communicate and demand needed funds from owners to maintain the property on a day to day operation. Must understand general accounting and be knowledgeable of owners and tenants statements so you are able to review with each client.

The Requirements and Responsibilities of the Residential Low Cost Housing Property Manager are as Follows:
Effective management of low priced housing.
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Excellent management and communication skills - English and Spanish required.
Strong time management skills.
General knowledge of maintenance.
Ability to operate as a team player.
Ability to lease properties and know how to close the deal.
Work closely with current residents to maintain good retention.
Strong Follow-up skills a must.
