We are Searching for Two Walter Grinder Lead Set-ups in Elk Grove Village, IL
The Walter Grinder Lead Set-ups must have extensive “special tool” set-up experience. Works on 4 Walter 5 axis cnc tool and cutter grinders as their main pieces of equipment and are looking at a Rollamatic 620. Potential candidates' roll would be CAM engineering via Walter Cyber grind. Setup up of Walters and Rollamatic. Assist in tool design, continues improvement efforts, and cost savings suggestions. Rollamatic experience is a must for this position. 5 plus years experience.

The Qualifications and Responsibilities of the Walter Grinder Lead Set-ups are as Follows:
5 plus years experience with Walter 5 axis cnc tool and cutter grinders.
Experience with various custom carbide cutting tools.
Experience with automotive, aero space, medical and hand tools a plus.
CAM engineering knowledge.
Assist in tool design, continues improvement efforts, and cost savings suggestions.
