We are Searching for an Experienced Systems Engineer!
The Systems Engineer is tasked with arranging and executing customer presentations and product demonstrations, assisting Account Managers by providing ongoing technical account management services, Management of Customer deployment, including, Project Management (Tracking, Reporting, Escalation), User Requirements Capture, Lab / Network Access Management (Needs Analysis, Tracking, Escalation), Development and Testing of Customer Deliverables (Login Scripts, Network Element Adapters, etc.), Data Import / Export, System Configuration, User Training, System Cutover (Proposal Creation, Execution) and Support.
Minimum 5 years experience as a programmer in the telecommunications industry. Minimum 3 years experience in a Customer Support, Sales Engineering, System Engineering, or Technical Account Management role. Experience with technical sales into Tier 1/Tier 2 Service Provider. Experience with deployment and/or support of telecommunications software systems. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering. A business degree and a Project Management certification would be an asset.

IMS architecture and solutions
Network management
Element management
OSS systems
Networking equipment
Superior communications skills (oral and written) and presentation skills
Ability to direct/lead others
Strong project management skills
The successful applicant must be able to work effectively in a remote office setting
Expected travel will be up to 50%
