We are searching for a Sales and Marketing Associate in Los Angeles, CA!
The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for buying and selling online advertising and other digital content for an internet based adult entertainment company. The ideal candidate will have some experience with sales and marketing of adult entertainment products and a thorough understanding of the internet, web based media and website technologies. This position requires travel to adult entertainment shows and conferences as well as other networking opportunities.

The Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Associate are as Follows:
3+ years of experience in online media sales, buying, planning, advertising and affiliate marketing required.
Must have excellent language, networking and phone skills.
Thorough understanding of the internet, web based media and website technologies.
Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as part of a team.
Experience with face to face communication is required.
The Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Associate are as Follows:
Source and maintain profitable media relationships with online publishers.
Negotiate pricing and purchase inventory on a CPA, CPM, CPC and CPL basis.
Optimize campaigns on an on-going basis to maximize ROI.
Prospect for new media placements that expand companies network distribution capabilities and partners.
