The VP of Real Estate Sales Must Have the Following Skills / Experience:
Must have onsite luxury high-rise sales experience in the New York City residential market.
Must have experience running sales offices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required including strong writing skills.
Must have New York Real Estate / Property experience.
Must have lots of energy, be a self-starter/highly motivated/team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - specifically Word and Excel is required.
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and meet pressure deadlines with minimum supervision.
College Degree required.
The Responsibilities of the VP of Real Estate Sales are as Follows:
Deals with all the sales offices.
Sets up sales offices and makes sure they are operating.
Works with price amendments and sets up the prices for the units.
Coordinate outside sales office activities.
Out of the box thinker with innovative ideas that do not include giving unnecessary incentives to brokers and buyers.
Works with outsourcing and in-house personnel.
