We are Searching for a Manager of 3rd Party Billing / Insurance with Managed Care Policies and Procedures Experience!
The Manager of 3rd Party Billing / Insurance is responsible for providing claims, customer service support to all the company's locations and associated doctors. The Manager supervises the Managed Care team in Hialeah, FL and is responsible for claim filing, accounts receivable, payments and provider file maintenance for all company districts. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the entire company network is informed and compliant with all Managed Care policies and procedures.

The Qualifications of the Manager of 3rd Party Billing / Insurance are as Follows:
Management experience a must.
Strong billing and coding background with training components.
Bachelors’ degree in appropriate discipline.
Experience in Health Care Insurance Administration, Provider Relations or Practice Administration preferred.
Vision care experience desirable.
Minimum of 3 years Managed Care experience, either in a company or office setting.
Strong customer service skills.
Must have strong computer skills and ability to learn company's system.
The Responsibilities of the Manager of 3rd Party Billing / Insurance are as Follows:
Heads the Claims, Customer Service and QI Departments to address and resolve operational issues.
Manages the team of Accounts Receivable, Claims and Customer Service personnel.
Supervises claim filing, accounts receivable management, compliance and administration for all company stores.
Manages the payment processing, posting and accounting process for all third party and insurance plans.
Ensures compliance with all state, federal and insurance plan guidelines for all managed care processes.
Oversees the maintenance / administration of the insurance program using resources and communication tools available (ex. Managed Care Portal).
Participates in a broad spectrum of quality improvement activities.
Collaborates with departmental management on CQI activities.
Oversees the maintenance of provider databases.
Ensures compliance with timeliness standards on state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements as appropriate for state/ federal agencies and insurance plans.
Provide education, announcements, or requested assistance to stores.
Handle provider complaints.
Oversees the contracting process for company's stores.
