We are Searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with Medical Billing Experience!
Our client is seeking highly motitvated Chief Operations Officer (COO) with at least 2-3 years in the medical billing field or medical related marketing experience to help sell the services of this company. The COO will manage the company and its staff. This position's role includes, but is not limited to strategic planning, operations management, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers, new business development, sales, marketing, advertising, budget management, etc. This position will report to the CEO and ensure that the company is managed and operating with highest quality policies, procedures and practices.

The Qualifications of the Chief Operations Officer (COO) are as Follows:
BS/BA Degree required (Master’s Preferred).
2-3 years in the medical billing field or medical related marketing and sales experience to help sell the services of this company.
Knowledge of Federal and State billing regulations and laws including HIPAA.
Ability to analyze financial data.
Experience with sales and marketing.
The Responsibilities of the Chief Operations Officer (COO) are as Follows:
Report directly to CEO.
Oversee daily operations of entire company.
Responsible for ensuring company staff is functioning according to HIPAA and proper compliance policies, procedures and guidelines.
Responsible for hiring and terminating company staff.
Advise company leadership on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and make recommendations on major business decisions.
Assist in new business development, sales, marketing and advertising of companys services.
