"Leading skin care and cosmetics firm in search of a Sales Representative for the greater Pennsylvania area."
The Company:
Leader in the professional skin care field with operations in Canada and United States, the firm is a dynamic, fast-growing and well-respected company servicing the aesthetic clinics and spa industries.
Services:
The firm is constantly introducing new age-defying and rejuvenating products to the market. Products are designed both for in-spa and for at-home use. They have received industry-wide awards for “Best New Product” the past five years running.
The Pennsylvania Sales Representative will build new business while maintaining existing accounts. This position provides you the opportunity to make face-to-face contacts within the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. There is a great deal of upward mobility with this position, both within the firm itself, and in related industries.

| Responsibilities: |
|
|
Specific responsibilities include:
Maintain and/or increase existing business.
Introduce and promote new products.
Listen to and handle customer complaints and requests quickly and efficiently by following the company procedures to settle these complaints or fulfill these requests.
Take all necessary measures in order to ensure a high level of technical knowledge of our product line by our clients.
Ensure that all aestheticians intended to work with our product line attend our level 1(one) training seminars and any other seminar that may be offered.
Identify/request to your sales manager the need for in-house training at your select accounts with high growth potential.
Ensure an adequate penetration of the complete product line and appropriate use of the products with each account.
Develop a Business Plan for each key customer and ensure its application throughout the year.
Attend trade shows and seminars in own territory, and outside territory if requested.
Compensation: Base 50K+, depending on experience; commission; full benefits; expense account/reimbursement
Environment: Work from home office; travel throughout PA.
