Our client is in search of an MDS Coordinator RN, Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator and Healthcare Administrator for their facility. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years experience in an assisted living and specialized care facility. Candidates must be able to work in a team environment.

The Qualifications and Responsibilities of the MDS Coordinator RN are as follows:
Must be a registered nurse (RN).
RN with 3+ years experience in MDS.
Coordinate and perform assessments.
Manage computerized MDS assessment program.
Looking for a candidate with DON or ADON potential.
The Qualifications and Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator are as follows:
Must be a registered nurse (RN).
3+ years experience.
Manage day to day clinical operations and assessments.
Manage computerized MDS assessments program.
Looking for a candidate with DON or ADON potential.
The Qualifications and Responsibilities of the Healthcare Administrator are as follows:
BA Degree or higher.
3+ years experience.
Leadership oversight of 133 bed skilled healthcare and 38 assisted living facility.
Looking for a candidate with potential to become Executive Director in 5-7 years.
